After a lifetime of gaining weight and losing weight while staying active in outdoor activities, plus the myriad of ups and downs; I decided to hire a professional to help guide me in choosing the right foods and exercise.   1. So, my first meeting with Lindsay went well and I found it educational. After a review of my diet she thought that I was eating too many heavy foods (nuts, seeds, legumes, granola); she suggested that I lighten it up with more veggies, especially greens and more whole grains. We set some goals for the next few weeks. I already feel more energetic since adding these things to my diet.
